When purchasing orders from our website, please read our policy carefully.

Our shop is a print-on-demand style which means that each order is sent to the printer for custom printing.
We do not have a warehouse full of our products.
This means that we cannot accept returns or replacements for wrong size or color.
For each product is a sizing chart. If you are unsure of sizing, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
Once you item is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number. It is customer’s responsibility to file claim with carrier for any lost shipment, if product has been delivered. We cannot make a refund based on lost item.
Since we’re a print-on-demand style, we only accept returns due to printing errors, not buyer’s remorse of incorrect color or size. If there are ever any issues with our products, please email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with following information:

-Problem with the product

Estimated shipping delivery times after up to 3 days of printing:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
International: 10+ business days
International shipments may be held at post office in exchange to incur custom fee. Each country’s customs policy is different, and the fee is based on weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees. Please check with your local post office for custom fees.
